  • Areal planning indicates areas for housing and mobility as well as services, production and recreation. City of Paimio makes planning on areal and local level.

    Geographical Information services take care of the city’s map and register materials. We offer many interfaces of spatial data as open and secured ways.

  • The city of Paimio offers diverse residential and business plots with good transport connections. In terms of price level, Paimio is affordable compared to neighboring municipalities. Plots are now available in areas of Koskela, Oinila, Saari, Tiilitehdas and Hanhijoki. Plot reservation can be made in Reservation system. The page opens in a new tab.

  • The task of the building inspectorate is to supervise construction activities in the city. Construction supervision works quickly and fairly in Paimio. Permits can be requested through E-service Lupapiste. The page opens in a new tab.

  • The water supply plant, Paimion Vesihuolto Oy, is responsible for supplying clean water to the properties and for building and maintaining water supply and sewerage networks. In case of an emergency please contact by phone +358 500 786 022. Valid 24/7.

  • Infrastructure Services is responsible for the maintenance, design and construction of the city’s parks and public areas.

    The city’s infrastructure will be built, among other things, through local planning. A positive attitude towards pedestrians and cycling will also contribute to the expansion of the light traffic route network.

  • The city’s sustainable operations are implemented by supervising activities subject to environmental protection, complying with the environmental program, carrying out preventive environmental protection work and advising and guiding local residents.

    Paimio has joined the Carbon Neutral Municipalities (HINKU) co-operation and we strive to do our best for the environment.
